Process of issue of transcripts from university of Delhi
Normally, there are two types of process of issuing transcripts. One is the Normal Process and the other is the Fast Track Process.
Normal Process – In this process, authorities issue your transcripts within 21 working days. The main catch is , your online application submitted should be complete and correct in all respects.
Fast Track Process – This process issues your transcripts on a priority basis. It may take about 10 working days. Here, only those applications considered to be eligible that have paid additional fee and the supporting documents are complete. Along with this in case you have prior approval of your application that shows the need for transcripts in urgency.
Incomplete application of transcript of the University of Delhi – reapply or rejections?
Mostly incomplete applications get rejections after a particular period of time. Any student who completes the online process of issue of transcripts from university of Delhi, receives an acknowledgment.
Delivery of transcripts
Once the student gets notification of acknowledgment of his application. He/she can collect it from the dealing window only in person from the Examination Branch after 21 working days of application submission. The student must receive all the transcripts documents within 6 months of issuance. In case he/she fails to collect it within the prescribed time, the same will be consigned to unclaimed transcripts. Consequently, students will not be able to retrieve his/her unclaimed transcripts from University of Delhi at a future date.

Important points to note for transcripts issuance
- The University of Delhi processes only one application with one registration
- Students can choose their mode of process of application. They can choose either Normal Process or Fast Track Process as per their requirement.
